Tips

For any stubborn stains, we advise that you pre-treat your clothes as usual with a stain remover.

For any harsh odours or smells, we recommend approximately one-fifth of your regular liquid detergent to help with the wash.

For loads under 5kg one eco-ball is suitable, and two balls for a heavier load.

For maximum effectiveness pre-soak the ball in water for 5min before wash, and let dry naturally after wash. Dry the ball in the sun for 2 hours every month to clean the ball, and retain its effectiveness.
